If guest cancels the reservation within seven (7) days of booking (booking day starts at receipt of payment), a full refund of the Total Amount Due will be given, as long as the guest cancels at least thirty-five (35) days before check-in (3pm of your check-in day). After that, guest can cancel up to seven (7) days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rental rate and Maryland sales tax, and receive the full cleaning fee and full Security Deposit amount. If the guest cancels less than seven (7) days of check-in, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited minus the Security deposit, which will be refunded.
